Renault beats earnings expectations, urges caution for 2025

In its full year 2024 earnings report, Renault reported record operating profits of €4.3bn (US$4.5bn), up 3.5% on 2023 and beating expectations. One of two major European automakers not to issue a profit warning in 2024, the automaker is lowering its margin expectations from 7.6% to 7% for 2025 as the industry faces growing trade headwinds.
