Fantasy Football Week 11 Start 'Em & Sit 'Em Quarterbacks: Play Jared Goff, Joshua Dobbs, more

A few fringe starters and Superflex/2QB plays will be missing in action in Week 11 as Mac Jones, Taylor Heinecke (and Desmond Ridder), Gardner Minshew and the combination of Derek Carr and Jameis Winston will all be unavailable with the New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints all on their bye weeks.
